Initial Drafts
These are a few of the original drafts for the KrawDaddy site. At first the site had a much brighter feel with very light shades and a highly saturated red.
I got a comment that there was too much red and after looking at the final version I’m definitely glad I toned down the red.
Final Draft
In the final version I ended up darkening a lot of the color, especially the main red used. I felt the new color palette fits better with a real website, the older one seemed more like a kids website with all of the bright and saturated colors.
I wanted to make a custom logo at one point, but couldn’t find enough time so I just went with a fancier H1 type.
